We want you to be completely satisfied with your SMOKO apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined exchange process ensures you get the style you love without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all SMOKO garment tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our warehouse team.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification once processed.
